Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items containing diamonds with lab reports must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- All other items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.
- Custom orders, personalized pieces, and engraved items are not eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item:

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all documentation and the RA number.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Select a New Item: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will assist you in selecting a new item. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Custom Orders:
- Custom orders, personalized pieces, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
